About Isaac Blyakher
Isaac Blyakher is the Founder and Principal of Blyakher Real Estate, a commercial real estate capital advisory firm working with investors and developers. He helps clients navigate the financing process by matching each deal with lenders that are a strong fit for the property, business plan, and sponsor.
Over the years, Isaac has built relationships with a broad range of banks, credit unions, private lenders, debt funds, and other capital sources. His familiarity with how different lenders approach deals allows him to quickly identify where a transaction is most likely to get done and structure financing around the client's objectives.
Before founding Blyakher Real Estate, Isaac was a Senior Associate at Leviathan CRE, where he arranged debt financing for commercial real estate investors and developers. He previously worked at Rosewood Realty Group, focusing on multifamily investment sales and development sites.
